Today..it is friday morning. Public holiday in kelantan.
Suddenly early in the morning i have this urge to bake!! so took out my flour..yeast..and start to search what i have in my kitchen drawers..Hola hola..found some potato flour..
Well i decided to try doughnut..
Cooking doughnut is actually difficult...i have try so many times..but each time the crust is never soft. so i feel
Anyway manage to do it finally. Cooking with yis/flour one need to be very patient..
Doughnut 15 biji sederhana
1. Some yeast (1/4 of the 60c packet) one table spoon of sugar. warm water and 1/2 a cup of flour.
stir well and leave for about 1/2 an hour.
2. 1 egg mix with 1/2 a cup of fresh milk..potato flour about 1/2 a cup. (kalau malas nak menguli lama masuk 'dough softener ' lebih kurang 1/4 table spoon.
3. Pinch of salt. condensed milk about 3 table spoon. mix well.
4. add flour till just right. leave to rest.
5. cover with damp towel. leave till mixture rise double.
6. knead again. then star to shape the dougnut.
7. leave for about 10 minites.
8. fry them.
